Clinician rightsizing programs to predict and reduce the impact of RN labor trends for 9-month future pacing, resulting in $9MM savings in the first seven months. Oversaw sense-to-scale development of population health management application with extensive marketing outputs. Managed high-value accounts across diverse market verticals. Used JIRA, SharePoint, Slack, SFTP, and collaboration sites to coordinate offshore labor. Applied agile / scrum methodology to technology projects.

Lead EMR/ClinDoc implementations in multiple multi-facility institutions. Guided project management activities for emergency departments, surgery, and anesthesiology.
